The 13.75–14.5GHz 250W BUC sub-unit power amplifier module is a high-performance up-conversion power amplifier developed for satellite communication earth stations.

Operating within the satellite uplink frequency band of 13.75~14.5GHz, the unit adopts a solid-state amplification architecture to deliver stable 250W RF output power. It features excellent linear performance, low spurious emissions, superior amplitude and phase stability, and supports long-term uninterrupted continuous operation.

The whole unit adopts a compact integrated chassis design, equipped with multiple high-efficiency cooling fans for forced air cooling to ensure stable temperature control. It is fitted with standard Type-N RF connectors and multi-core aviation power connectors, facilitating on-site installation, commissioning and rapid integration into satellite communication systems.

Multiple built-in protection mechanisms including over-temperature, over-current and abnormal VSWR protection prevent equipment damage caused by abnormal operating conditions, greatly enhancing long-term operational reliability for field sites and fixed ground stations.
